Meet the Attorney

David Levine is an experienced attorney who has represented individuals and companies ranging from single-member businesses to some of the largest real estate developers and contractors in South Florida. He obtained a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida.

David began his career at a real estate and personal injury boutique firm, then spent two years as Assistant Town Attorney, Municipal Prosecutor, and Legal Advisor to the Planning and Zoning Board for Davie, Florida. He now runs his own practice, Levine Legal, P.A., serving the community since 2018.

Meet the Staff

Real Estate Paralegal — Emily Cruz has been in the Title Insurance industry for over twenty years and handles transactions from contract to closing. She completed her undergraduate studies at Broward College.

Commercial Paralegal — Savannah Freel is a licensed Real Estate Agent and has been in the industry since 2021. She is working towards her goal of becoming an attorney.

Litigation Paralegal — Sarah Lehman has worked with David since 2019. She is a Cooper City native who completed her undergraduate studies at Florida State University.
